“During the first week of Grid Light Healing™ my body had a physical purge that made me feel immediately “lighter” and less dense. My cravings for sweets diminished and my body became more sensitive to alcohol. I lost weight.
After the second session, I felt a rinsing of my emotional folds- much like when you clean a pool filter. I let go of stuff I was holding on to for years: negative self talk, emotional triggers, feelings of not being worthy.
A lot of darkness melted away as did my reactions to people and circumstances. I was calm within the chaos. I felt empowered and strong. I let go...
